If you’ve seen past reports, you might notice some pretty big differences. There were some big changes at Novo last year that impacted that change. We settled into a reorganized internal structure, shifted our annual reporting rhythms, and welcomed some incredible new staff with thriving ministries around the world.

Here are some new changes we’re particularly excited about: 

• An emphasis on Novo’s goal to see a gospel movement in every context where God has called us to work, and how we work to accomplish that through mobilizing and multiplying disciple-maker everywhere

• Clarity on the kinds of workers we’re mobilizing into the harvest around the world

• Highlights on the incredible Global Partners God has brought to Novo and the benefit of collaboration and encouragement with these leaders

• Reporting on the growth of core ministry goals year-over-year, AND showing ministry results by region
