Hosting an Activating Prayer Cohort
Step 1: Fill Out the “Host a Cohort” Form
Complete the Host a Cohort form with the following details:
● When your cohort will meet
● Where it will meet
● Duration of the cohort
● Whether it will be public or private
Step 2: Receive Your Facilitator Resources
After submitting the form, our team will reach out to you with:
● Next steps
● A cohort registration link to share with participants
● Access to the Facilitator’s Toolbox Google Drive
Step 3: Facilitator Orientation (For New Hosts)
If this is your first time facilitating a cohort, you’ll meet with a member of the cohort team for:
● Orientation
● Training resources
● Practical guidance and support
Step 4: Start Inviting People
Begin inviting people to join your cohort using the registration link provided.
Share personally, pray about who to invite, and build expectation for what God will do through the experience.
You can also direct people to novo.org/prayercohort where they can:
● Access the cohort storefront
● Download free course materials
● Register for public cohorts as an alternate registration option
