Novo is committed to starting and multiplying gospel movements in every context where our staff serve because we truly believe this is our best hope of seeing brokenness healed, communities transformed, and ultimately the Great Commission fulfilled.
Starting with small groups of people discovering Jesus together, listening to his voice, obeying his words, and telling others. It spreads rapidly—among families and friend groups, pickle-ball teams, and classroom parent volunteers. Soon, there are enough followers of Jesus listening and obeying him that it starts impacting whole communities, towns, and nations, so we begin to see the Kingdom of heaven right here on earth.
In the last year, Novo saw staggering numbers of people walking toward Jesus alongside our staff, especially in some of the places where it is most dangerous to be a Christian. By committing to the five components of a gospel movement our staff have seen incredible fruit:
more than 200,000 people begin to follow Jesus
over 680,000 people engaged in Discovery Bible Studies
nearly 700 redemptive initiatives engaged to love and serve people practically, laying the groundwork for gospel movements
thousands of hours of activating prayer every week demonstrating the power of God through prayer, healing, and other miracles all around the world
