Thank-You Notes: Vivian (English version)

Hi, I’m Vivian Ochoa from Guatemala.

I‘m part of the SentWell team in Malaga, Spain. We are a team of member care and development professionals that includes therapists, spiritual directors, cross-cultural mentors, coaches, pastors and trainers serving cross-cultural workers. We want them to not just survive but thrive on the field. We serve missionaries from Novo and from other partner organizations.

I want to thank you for your support to Novo’s work around the world.  Your support enables Novo staff to live healthy and fruitful lives witnessing for Christ and it ripples to others around them.

This last year, our team was able to provide personalized care and development to more than 300 individuals, 200 families and 200 teams or groups. We also host events and programs that provide assessment, equipping, spiritual formation, and refreshment for workers serving cross-culturally.

For me personally, it has been a privilege to serve missionaries in these ways and to visit workers in their place of service. The Lord is healing, growing and equipping His people for effective service!

Thank you for partnering with us this year.  May the Lord of hope fill you with His joy this Christmas season and in the year ahead.

Novo works to launch and multiply gospel movements and to mobilize the church to do the same so that all people can experience the grace and transforming hope of Jesus.

The impact of this work around the world is possible because of the support systems and structures that grant them the ability to focus on their ministry. And all of these things are possible because of the faithful financial support of our ministry partners.

This “mission support” comes in a variety of forms—ministry tools and training, spiritual and emotional care, new staff and teams, communications, partner development, and all the other essential support systems that make ministry possible, no matter where in the world our 560 staff are sent.

Your year-end gifts are an important part of how we keep our staff healthy and effective in their ministry. Would you prayerfully consider becoming a partner in this work?
