  • Hi, I’m Mark Thrash, President of Novo. Have you ever wondered, what’s it going to take to fulfill the Great Commission? It’s a big question. But we know one thing: the harvest is plentiful—just as Jesus promised in Luke 10:2. The missing piece? Workers.

    Let me tell you about Leon. Through Novo’s Activating Prayer Cohort, Leon discovered that God had more in store for him. With a renewed confidence, he started telling everyone about prayer-walking, and the next day got 36 text messages from others who'd tried it. Now that's multiplication!

    And then there’s John, a leader in South Asia. His team had already planted 18,000 micro-churches. Incredible, right? But John believed God wasn’t done. He invited Novo to equip his leaders to hear from God and pray with power. The result? In just 18 months, those churches multiplied to 80,000.

    At Novo, we’re about awakening, equipping, and mobilizing workers like Leon and John. Whether they’re missionaries serving near and far,  everyday disciple-makers, or national leaders around the world, these workers hear from God and take spiritual responsibility, have tools to make disciples, and are multiplying themselves and others — right where God has them.

These teams can lead to 5,000 people hearing the gospel, 500 new followers of Jesus, and 50 Discovery Bible Study groups—and that’s within just one district of that country!
